This regulation is for intermediate level of GEPT.

＊ For oral test in GEPT, students need to follow 5 steps below. ( Foreign teachers are in charge of this part.)

Step 1: Read this sentence within 15 seconds, my seat number is xxxxx (there are 5 numbers) and my registration 

            number is (there are five numbers).

Step 2: Read an article that has about 120 words in 1 min and then read it correctly with a normal speed within 2 mins.

Step 3: Listen to the audio to answer 10 questions. From question 1 to question 5 needs to answer within 15 seconds.

            From question 6 to 10 needs to answer within 30 seconds.

Step 4: There is a picture, which students need to describe what they see in it and answer 4 questions relating to the

            photo within 1 min and 30 seconds.

Step 5: Read this sentence within 15 seconds again, my seat number is xxxxx (there are 5 numbers) and my registration

            number is (there are five numbers).

＊ For writing test, there are 2 parts.

The first part:  Translate from Chinese to English. This part is 40%. (I am in charge of this part.)

The second part:  English composition. This part is 60%. (Foreign teachers are in charge of this part.)

Note: 1. Only 40 mins for these two parts.

          2. The content, organization, gramma, words, phrase, punctuation, capitalization, and a lowercase letter are

             graded.
