Amelia’s teaching team

Welcome to Amelia’s team. There are some rules that new teachers need to know first before having lesson with students. Our main goal is to improve students’ speaking and writing skills so that they can pass GEPT exam.

About our welfare and rules:

1, Full-time teachers who work from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m have bonus US$ 50 on the second year when they have been in

    our team for one year, so the second year, teacher can start to get the bonus in November. 

2, Part-time teachers, who work on weekends can get US$ 20 for having a remarkable performance as well. On the

    second year, part-time teachers can start to get the bonus in November.

3, If teachers forget the lesson, then no lesson no pay.

4, The year-end bonus will be included in November paycheck.

5, All teachers need to attend the meeting if we have a meeting. 

6, While teachers have a lesson with students, teachers need to record it. If students or teachers complain about something, I can watch it. 

7, For those students who use the book, Oxford Discover 3 and 4, teachers need to get them to write the answer down. Teachers also need to ask them to take those photos of the answers they wrote to teachers after a lesson in order to check if the answer is correct or not. 

8, Teachers who forget to launch the schedules for the next month twice will get fired. 

9, There is a Bulletin Board folder where I typically post announcements. Since there can be too many things to remember, both of us can search for information there when needed.

      P.s To adjust the bonus, I typically increase it by US$10 each year to show appreciation for teachers' performance.
