 學生預約上課注意事項!

1, 帳號設定:每位在家上課的同學,由我這邊會給一組密碼 (帳號:同學的名字),同學登入之後再自行變更

2, 如何預約課程:有密碼的同學可以上網登入,上面則會顯示該學生的上課堂數上課的資料接下來可以依照自已的時間選擇

                          適合的老師進行預約。請勿"當天"排課, 避免外師未收到上課通知。)

3, 如何取消課程:同學們如果有個人活動無法如期上課, 可在前兩天自行登入取消課程登記。

        (系統會自行發mail通知你的上課老師)

4, 預約下個月課表:每個月25日開始,請各位在家上會話課的同學自行上網登入並登記你們下個月上課的時間。(外縣市線上學生沒有限制下個月的預約時間)。

5, 病假事宜已登記上課的當天是無法取消課程,但如果學生因病真的無法上課,請另外通知我會協助後續處理。

 

1. Account:

Every student having the conversation class will initially be given a code to login to the website. This code can be changed later by logging in the website to make the code easy to remember. (Account: the name of student)

2. How to make an appointment:

The students having the code can log in the website.  After logging in the website, students click their own name, which it would show your number of the course and the information of course you used to have. And then student can make an appointment by the name of teacher or eacher’s time.

3. Course canceling:

Students can cancel the class two days prior to the due date of the class. The system will inform the respective teacher ccordingly.

4. Appointment:

Students at home having a conversation class can make an appointment online by logging in the student portal after 25th of current month.

5. Sick leave:

The system can not cancel booking on the same day. If the student is unable to attend, then please inform my self personally.
